Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns in these situations:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong item or the item is significantly different from the description
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind (if you simply don’t like the item)
- Worn, used, or damaged items (by customer)
- Items returned after 30 days
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if needed.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- It may take up to 10 business days for the money to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
